- Any other reason (such as size or a change of mind): the customer pays for the return shipping.
Where returns go: once approved, returns are sent to our warehouse in China.

Your refund: after we receive and inspect your return, the money goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow a little extra time for your bank to process it.
